CUNY Television - Baby Boomers - Mike Gilliam
Former First Lady of New York City Donna Hanover hosts this CUNY TV special that looks at Baby Boomers and the issues facing them. A roundtable discussion led by former TV reporter Mike Gilliam tackled the subject of how to keep the aging brain healthy. “Keep engaged. Socially engaged, engaged with your family, engaged with friends. All of those things make you emotionally healthy and that keeps your brain healthy,” said Charles Mobbs, PhD, Professor of Neuroscience, Endocrinology, and Geriatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
