Simulation based competency assessment
Full-scale mannequin based simulation may be used to evaluate an individual physician's performance in a number of domains including the six core competencies (clinical judgment; technical skills; interpersonal skills; professionalism; and communication, documentation, and record keeping) in a standardized and unbiased manner. We conduct simulation-based competency assessments for private medical institutions, state medial licensing bodies, and independent assessment entities as well as for self-referred independent physicians.

Simulation based remediation program
For the anesthesiologist who has allowed his/her competency to lapse and requires retraining, remediation using multi-modality simulation allows the clinician to update their skills while at the same time maintaining patient safety.
