Application

If you are interested in applying for the Integrated Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Mount Sinai, you may do so in one of two ways:

1. Apply through ERAS
   • Your ERAS application should include your curriculum vitae, personal statement, three letters of support, and test scores (ECFMG, USMLE)
     
2. Submit a paper application
   • Download a copy of the application and submit it with your curriculum vitae, personal statement, three letters of support, and test scores (ECFMG, USMLE) to the Palliative Care Institute to the following address:

Your personal statement should outline your reason for pursuing a career in palliative medicine, your experiences with palliative care, and a statement of your career goals.

We accept applications on a rolling basis and will continue to accept applications for a given academic year until we have filled all of our fellowship positions. Depending on the level of interest for a given academic year, we may completely fill our positions more than a year in advance. Therefore, interested individuals are encouraged to contact us and submit an application a year and a half in advance of their anticipated fellowship start date.
