Mauricio Hernández Avila, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Hernández Avila is a medical doctor and epidimiologist by training and also the Executive Director of the Center for Research on Population Health in Mexico’s National Institute of Public Health in Cuernavaca. He currently acts as one of two Mount Sinai/Queen College – National Institute of Public Health program coordinators.
