The program admits two residents annually. Trainees must have completed a general psychiatry residency training program and either be licensed in New York State or eligible for a license.

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Copy of current medical license
  • Three letters of support (one of which must be from the current training director in general psychiatry)
  • Medical school transcript
  • Dean’s letter
  • Test scores (ECFMG, USMLE)

Your application should also include a personal statement describing your reason for pursuing a career in Addiction Psychiatry, your experiences with addiction psychiatry, as well as a statement of your career goals.

We accept applications on a rolling basis and will continue to accept applications for a given academic year until we have filled our fellowship positions. Interested individuals are encouraged to contact us and submit an application as early as possible.
