Creating an inclusive and diverse campus doesn’t happen overnight--it happens when we work in sustained solidarity, with intention and action, at every level. Icahn Mount Sinai supports a powerful portfolio of system-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including the Institute for Equity and Justice in Health Sciences Education and the Institute for Health Equity Research.

Working in collaboration with the Office for Diversity and Inclusion, you’ll find these efforts embedded throughout our clinical, educational, and research realms. Combined and data-driven, they equip us to better address the needs of every student, faculty, and researcher.
