Title: Development and Assessment of an Advocacy and Obesity Curriculum for Pediatric Residents
Objectives:
Identify the essential curricular components necessary for training pediatric residents in advocacy and community pediatrics.
Understand the impact of an obesity and advocacy curriculum on pediatric residents’ knowledge, practices and attitudes regarding obesity and advocacy.

Laura P. Gelfman, MD:
Title: Prepare for the Next Accreditation System with an Innovative Workplace Direct Observation Communication Assessment Tool
Objectives:
Recognize the need for a real-time communication skills assessment and feedback tool.
Identify the potential role for the assessment tool within the New Accreditation System.
