Community Resources
EHHOP offers primary care services every weekend and offers an Ophthalmology Clinic and a Gynecology Clinic on select Saturdays. When necessary, we refer our patients to specialists at Mount Sinai, and our Access to Care Team (ACT) helps facilitate this process.
Additionally, there are many important health, social, and community services that are best addressed by our community partners. This section provides information on the following nearby resources, and all information is current as of November 2012. If any contact information listed here is incorrect or you have feedback on the services you receive, please e-mail our Community Outreach Coordinator, Nate Raines.
