Services: HIV Services by appointment or walk-in; HIV Counseling and Testing, HIV Case Management, Support Groups; Other Services include women's health, pediatric medicine, adult medicine, and an array of social services, including crisis intervention, perinatal case management, substance abuse referrals, and domestic violence referrals.
Cost: $30 for uninsured with proof of income, proof of residency, any picture ID. These documents are also required for discounted medications at the pharmacy across the street; $30 for referrals (they refer to Mount Sinai)


Legal Action Center - Free Legal Services for HIV-Positive New Yorkers

Services: The Legal Action Center can help HIV-positive New Yorkers address a host of legal issues, including overcoming barriers created by a criminal record, HIV discrimination, confidentiality & testing, standby guardianships, living wills and health care proxies. Their consultation is free, with the only stipulation being that you must be a New York resident. Furthermore, if they cannot directly help you, they will put you in touch with paralegals who will point you in the right direction.
