Vaccinations and Immunizations
Free vaccinations are offered by the NYC Department of Health at three locations (Treemont, Fort Greene, and Corona - detailed contact information listed below).
These vaccinations include:
- Hepatitis B vaccine (for children and high-risk adults through age 59)
- Hepatitis A vaccine (for high risk adults through age 59)
- Diptheria, tetanus & pertussis combination vaccines, including Tdap and DTaP
- Tetanus (Td) vaccine
- Measles, Mumps & Rubella (MMR) combination vaccine
- Pneumococcal (PPSV23) vaccine
- Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine (for males and females 9 to 18 years of age)
- Meningococcal vaccine (for children 11 through 18 years of age)
- Influenza vaccine
- Haemophilus influenzae (Hib) vaccine (for children 4 through 17 years old)
- Polio vaccine (for children 4 through 18 years of age)
- Varicella vaccine (for children and for adults 19 years of age and older with prescription)
