Community Resources

EHHOP offers primary care services every Saturday except major holidays and offers an Ophthalmology Clinic, Cardiology Clinic, Women’s Health Clinic, and Mental Health Clinic on select Saturdays. When necessary, we refer our patients to specialists at Mount Sinai, and our Access to Care Team (ACT) helps facilitate this process.

Additionally, there are many important health, social, and community services that are best addressed by our community partners.
