Appointments: Referral with documentation of medical care; walk-ins are sometimes accepted but referral is much smoother.

Comprehensive Treatment Institute - Bronx

Services: The day, evening and aftercare program of Comprehensive Treatment Institute provides intensive outpatient services including: Alcohol/drug education, relapse prevention group participation, individual counseling, recreational activities, vocational training, and medical referral services and HIV/AIDS education.
Cost: Medicaid, sliding scale
Eligibility: men and women (ages 18+) who have a problem with substance abuse; family members who want to be engaged.
