Leadership

Under the leadership of the Dean of The Graduate School of Biological Sciences, a senior member of the faculty of Icahn School of Medicine serves as the Faculty Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs. A full-time Program Director and an Advisory Committee, made up of faculty and postdocs, meets monthly.  A Postdoctoral Executive Committee, led by two Postdoctoral fellows, meets monthly with current postdoctoral fellows to hear concerns and gather information. The committee reports all findings to the Postdoctoral Advisory Committee to set in course actions designed to provide opportunities or improve the quality of life for postdoctoral fellows.
