Alexandra K Golant, MD

Dr. Alexandra Golant completed her dermatology residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, serving as as Chief Resident in her final year. She received her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. During medical school, she completed a year-long research fellowship in the department, studying psoriasis and blistering diseases. She completed her medical internship at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Dr. Golant fulfills roles as a a general and cosmetic dermatologist as well as clinical educator. She is assuming the role of Medical Director of the Faculty Practice and will also serve as Associate Program Director for the residency program.
Dr. Golant strives to provide personalized dermatologic care to patients of all ages. She is seeing patients at the Faculty Practice at Mount Sinai Hospital (5 East 98th Street).
