Biography
Dr. Tanenbaum is an active educator with interests in CT and MR, and an active speaker focusing on the application of advanced techniques in the clinical setting . A senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, Dr. Tanenbaum is a past President of the Clinical Magnetic Resonance Imaging Society and Editor in Chief of the Journal “Vision” of the Clinical Magnetic Resonance Society, a member of the Roster of Distinguished Scientific Advisors of the RSNA as well as a number of panels and committees of the ACR including the Expert Panel on Neuroimaging and the CPI / Neuroradiology Expert Review Panel. Dr. Tanenbaum is a member of the editorial boards of several organizations and scientific journals. Dr. Tanenbaum is an Associate Professor of Radiology and the Director of MRI, CT and Outpatient / Advanced Imaging Development at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.
