Biography
- Since 1985, Dr. Chen has been in private practice in Ophthalmology in New York City. She has been able to successfully combine her analytical and technical skills with her desire to create long term relationships with patients, and can claim to often take care of three generations of patients. Dr. Chen's patients are especially pleased with her ability to explain the issues which affect their eyes. Her manner is comforting and educational.
Dr. Chen is a diplomate of The American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and has been consistently named as one of America's Top Ophthalmologists. She practices both surgical and medical ophthalmology and is happy to see patients of all ages.
Industry Relationships
Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology companies to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
