    Dr. Neves is a licensed clinical psychologist who currently provides evidence based psychological treatment to women, couples and families affected by breast cancer at Dubin Breast Center.  Dr. Neves has extensive experience in health psychology including oncology patients, their partners and families.  She worked as a senior psychologist at Bellevue Hospital's Consultation Liaison Psychiatry, Cancer Center and Palliative Care Program.  In addition, she was an assistant professor for the Department of Psychiatry at New York University Langone School of Medicine, the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and the Department of Family and Social Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.  As a medical educator, Dr. Neves directed the Behavioral Science Training and Education of Harlem Residency in Family Medicine at the Institute for Family Health and was behavioral science faculty for the Department of Family and Social Medicine residency program at Montefiore Medical Center.  Dr. Neves is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
