Biography
- Dr. MacKay is director of the Inpatient HIV service at MSMC. In addition he has clinic sessions in the Jack Martin Fund Clinic located at 17 East 102nd Street/ Prior to coming to Mount Sinai in 2001 he worked with the Native American populations in norther New Mexico and Alaska and more recently with refugee populations and witht he Peace Corps volunteers in sub-Saharan Africa.

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device and biotechnology companies to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs. In order to promote an ethical and transparent environment for conducting research, providing clinical care and teaching, Mount Sinai requires that salaried faculty inform the School of their relationships with such companies.
