TBI in the News
An article was published in The Wall Street Journal on January 29, 2008, entitled "Studies Cite Head Injuries as Factor in Some Social Ills". The article discusses "hidden TBI" - where people may have a brain injury and problems in daily life, but never realize that the brain injury is the cause of these problems. Much of this article was based on research done at Mount Sinai.
A second article on "hidden TBI" has been published in Cerebrum, a journal published by the Dana Foundation. Its title is "A Wound Obscure, Yet Serious".
