Description
The purpose of this study is to explore the efficacy of Low AGE Diet, a new intervention, based on reduced oral intake of glycotoxins (AGEs), on inflammation and major chronic diseases of aging, such as diabetes, vascular, kidney and Alzheimer's diseases.
