Description
The purpose of this study is this observational, multi-center study uses Practice-Based Evidence (PBE) research methodology to better understand how patient characteristics and rehabilitation interventions impact outcomes in the first year after traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). Data are collected through a combination of chart review, patient interview, and clinician documentation of interventions provided during rehabilitation. Results from this study will aid clinicians in evaluating current treatment practices and selecting interventions that are likely to lead to positive outcomes in people receiving rehabilitation for SCI.
