The Mount Sinai Eating and Weight Disorders Program is conducting a federally funded study for individuals between the ages of 18-65 who are currently suffering from Bulimia Nervosa. The purpose of this study is to learn more about which areas of the brain are involved in emotion. By learning more about how a person experiences emotion, we may discover new information about individual differences in emotional and physical responses to experiences and events that are emotionally important. This study involves an initial evaluation, a psychophysiological assessment, and a fMRI scan.
