Description

The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of alitretinoin in the treatment of severe Chronic Hand Eczema (CHE) that does not respond to treatment with potent topical steroids. The study will target patients with all types of CHE who have had their incidence of moderate to severe Chronic Hand Ezcema for at least six months, ages 18 to 75. Women of child-bearing potential must have a negative urine pregnancy test.
