The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether breast conservation surgery, also known as lumpectomy, can be used to remove the 2 or 3 tumors in your breast. This would be done instead of removing your entire breast (mastectomy). Breast conservation surgery would be done in combination with radiation. This study will evaluate whether breast conserving surgery is safe and effective in keeping the breast cancer from coming back.
