Description

The purpose of this study is

• To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of an experimental or study drug called ACE-041

• To find out whether the study drug can cause your SCCHN cancer to shrink

• To evaluate the safety of the study drug in patients with SCCHN

• To evaluate the amount of study drug in the blood of patients dosed with ACE-041

• To find out whether the study drug can stop your SCCHN from growing, or prevent it from growing as fast as it would without study drug

• To find out if the study drug has an effect on biomarkers (molecules that indicate how well you respond to drug) in your blood and/or tissue
