Description
The purpose of this study is to test different study treatment strategies for subjects with multiple myeloma. Multiple myeloma is considered incurable. The standard therapy sometimes produces remission (absence of disease) in some individuals, but the disease recurs in all patients.
You may qualify for participation in this study because you are scheduled for an autologous stem cell transplant for your multiple myeloma (MM), which is cancer of the bone marrow.
