This is for people who have heart failure and are receiving cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)-an implantable device that can help the lower chambers of the heart pump at appropriate  times so that the heart pumps blood more efficiently. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the safety of the PARADYM RF SonR CRT-D device and SonRtip lead. It has a special function that can automatically provide measurements which can be used to optimize therapy instead of using echocardiography.
