Stress Won't Kill You - If You Handle It Right

After decades spent studying resilience, Dennis Charney, MD, Dean of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, believes exposure to the right amount of stress builds psychological strength.  Rather than shy away from stressful situations, Dr. Charney says, push yourself out of your comfort zone (but not too far) to develop both the confidence and coping skills.
