Education and Helpful Information

We develop innovative educational materials and organize events and seminars to educate members of the community, patients, providers and all who are interested to learn more about genomics and data-driven personalized medicine. In IPM’s ENGAGE (Engaging Neighborhoods in General And Personalized Genomics Education) program Mount Sinai faculty from multiple disciplines led by Saskia Sanderson, Lynne Richardson and Mimi Jabs work together to develop multi-modal educational materials about genomics and personalized medicine with the goal to enable informed decision-making regarding personal genome sequencing and personalized genomics.
