How can I participate with data-driven personalized healthcare projects

Individuals who receive clinical care at Mount Sinai Medical Center may be eligible to enroll in active and approved data-driven personalized healthcare demonstration projects. For example, CLIPMERGE Pharmacogenetics offers genomic data-driven personalized drug treatments for antiplatelet, anticoagulant and lipid lowering medications. We are also currently working to expand these opportunities to other areas and diseases affecting our communities. For example, CLIPMERGE Renal Care demonstration project for patients with African ancestry and hypertension will provide genomic data-driven management to reduce their risk to develop chronic kidney disease.
