Targeted Mutation Analysis

Test Description:
Targeted mutation analysis. This sequencing service is provided for 1) testing other family members for a known mutation 2) confirming a mutation found by a research lab. See specific disorder listing for additional details.

Specimen Requirements:
Two 5-10 ml tubes of anticoagulated blood. The preferred anticoagulant is EDTA (lavendar top tubes), ACD (yellow top) tubes are also accepted.
