Client Support Services 

The Mount Sinai Laboratory Client Services team is an integral part of the clinical laboratories and serves as your portal to laboratory diagnostic services. Laboratory Services Representatives are available to respond to inquiries regarding clinical test specifications, turn-around time and verified test results. 

In addition, our team promptly reports critical alert test results using National Patient Safety Goals, such as two patient identifiers and read back for verification.
