Second Annual Symposium

The Center for Molecular Integrative Neuroresilience held its second annual symposium on June 6th, 2017 at the New York Academy of Medicine. Project and Core leaders presented data from Year 2 activities of the Center. Topics included stress-induced psychological and cognitive impairment, mechanisms of neuroresilience and proteostasis, characterization of natural compounds for therapeutic and preventive interventions, and the role of the microbiome in promoting therapeutic efficacy, among others. There were over 60 people in attendance including medical and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, faculty, and clinicians.
