For Our Voluntary Faculty

Voluntary Faculty must complete a Report of Relationships with Outside Entities disclosure form annually online through Sinai Central if they:

• Perform research at Mount Sinai, or
• Participate on Institutional Committees, or
• Perform paid administrative functions for a Department or Mount Sinai.

You must update the form during the year if you enter into new arrangements or existing arrangements change. All faculty performing research must also complete and submit a separate Financial Interest in Research Disclosure Form with each research application filed with the Grants and Contracts Office (GCO).
