Cell Sorting

We have a dedicated staff for operation of the cell sorter, and therefore, we normally do not offer training.  If you are not sorting unfixed human samples, all you will need to do is complete the user authorization form (AUF) and create an account in our online scheduling system (eRAP).  You may prepare your sample based on the downloadable General Guidelines for Cell Sorting [PDF] listed in Related Resources.

For unfixed human cell sorting, please follow the “BSL2+ cell sorting” in the related resources to fill out the form in the eRAP system.  Once the safety committee approves the project, you may reserve the AriaII for cell sorting.
