Dr. Ayuko Iverson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine and Department of Genetics and Genomic Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Iverson received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her combined Internal Medicine and Medical Genetics residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.  She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Medical Genetics.  She practices both general internal medicine and clinical genetics, with a focus on the diagnosis and management of adults with genetic conditions.  She is also a member of the Institute for Genomic Health and is involved in their efforts in integrating genomic medicine into the Mount Sinai Health System.
