Donghoon Lee is an Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He works with the Department of Genetics and Genomic Sciences and the Department of Psychiatry. He received his doctorate degree and postdoctoral training from Yale University.

His research focus is on computational psychiatric genomics. Leveraging the wealth of single-nucleus and functional genomic data, he is developing new methodologies for understanding the genetic basis of neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders.
