Emergency Medicine

Dr. Fleischer-Black is currently the Clinical Director of Physician Assistants, Co-Director of Simulation Education and Site Director for Emergency Department Palliative Care at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where she has been an Attending Physician since 2012. She holds an appointment as an Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine. Dr. Fleischer-Black received her medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College in 2001 and completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at NYU/Bellevue in 2005. Her current interests include care-coordination and palliative care. She plans to begin a fellowship in Palliative Care at Mount Sinai Hospital in July of 2020.
