Pedro Giron, MD, grew up in New York.  He graduated from Columbia University and went on to attend Stonybrook Medical School.  Dr. Giron completed an Emergency Medicine residency at Lincoln Hospital.  Upon completing residency, Dr. Giron moved to Hawaii where he practiced Emergency Medicine at Maui Memorial Hospital.  Dr. Giron returned to New York in 2016, accepting a position as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine.  He is a based at the Mount Sinai Hospital.  Dr. Giron’s interests include Emergency Medicine administrative operations.
