Senior Leadership

The Tisch Cancer Institute’s Senior Leadership is comprised of senior leaders in basic, clinical, and population science research, as well as key administrative staff. This includes the Institute Director, Dr. Steven Burakoff; Deputy Director, Randall Holcombe, MD, who reports directly to the TCI Director, and 7 Associate Directors who manage the full complement of TCI’s programs and shared resources. This includes: Basic Research (Stuart Aaronson, MD), Clinical Research (William Oh, MD), Population Science Research (Paolo Boffetta, MD, MPH), Clinical Cores (Marshall Posner, MD), Basic Science Cores (Philippe Soriano, PhD), Clinical Affairs (Randall Holcombe, MD), and Research Administration (Chan-Bene Lin, MPH). Executive Administrator, Sharon Mias, MPA, is responsible for oversight of the TCI administration and budget. The Senior Leadership of The Tisch Cancer Institute are responsible for making final recommendations to the Director regarding cancer program structure, membership criteria, governance, and resource allocation.
