Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program Application Information

Prerequisites for Fellowship
In order to be considered, the applicant must have completed an accredited three-year pediatric residency by the beginning of the fellowship program. Fellowship applicants must be board certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP), or they must be eligible to sit for the ABP general pediatric examination during the first year of fellowship training.
Application Requirements
For consideration into the program, we require applicants to submit the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Evaluation form [PDF] along with their letter of recommendation. The form is also available on the ERAS website. Mount Sinai sponsors both J1 and H1 visa holders.
Submit all your documents through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We accept applications through ERAS until January 15. Interviews are conducted in the period starting from January 1 until May 10.
Advanced Cardiac Imaging Fellowship
We will begin accepting applications for this program starting September 1, 2012. Interviews will take place from October 1 through December 15, 2012. All applicants need to send in their CV, at least two letters of recommendation along with the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Evaluation form [PDF].
