Psychiatric NeuroCognition Laboratory

The Psychiatric NeuroCognition Laboratory studies the neural basis of cognitive-emotional functioning in healthy individuals and those with obsessive-compulsive (OCD) and related disorders. We combine neuroimaging techniques (task-based and resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion tensor imaging) with behavioral testing using a variety of experimental paradigms to better understand the mechanisms underlying attention, decision-making, and emotion regulation in psychiatric disorders.
