The Clinical Research Center, funded through the Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA), provides the necessary infrastructure to perform clinical-translational research studies effectively and safely. Resources include inpatient and outpatient space, nursing, bionutrition, specimen processing, and information technology support.

The Consortium of Food Allergy Research
Mount Sinai is the lead site of a 5 center Consortium researching novel therapies for food allergies. An oral immunotherapy for egg allergy, sublingual immunotherapy for peanut allergy and a novel vaccine for peanut allergy were recently studied.
