The Mount Sinai Medical Center campus stretches from East 98th to 102nd Streets between Madison and Fifth Avenues on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is located in the Annenberg Building, 1468 Madison Avenue (at E. 101st Street). The Mount Sinai Hospital is located next door in the Guggenheim Pavilion, with entrances at 1190 Fifth Avenue (at E. 101st Street) and 1468 Madison Avenue.

Bookstores and cafeterias
Matthew's Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Bookstore is located at 1425 Madison Avenue, MC level of the East Building. The bookstore offers textbooks, medical references, and medical instruments, as well as a wide range of popular magazines and best-selling novels. The bookstore also carries souvenirs and specialty items with the Mount Sinai logo.

The Plaza Cafeteria is located in the Guggenheim Pavilion, first floor atrium. The cafeteria serves a large selection of hot and cold dishes, including kosher food. Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 7:30 pm, with limited hours on weekends.
