Application

Thank you for your interest in the Hematology-Medical Oncology Fellowship Program at Icahn School of Medicine.

Applications are accepted only through The Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Please access the ERAS Web site at www.aamc.org/eras to apply. Applicants can set up accounts in ERAS beginning in July (two years prior to start of fellowship). Applications for our program are accepted between July 15th and September 30 of current application year.

Application Checklist

All applications are processed through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS):

• Completed ERAS application
• Current CV
• Personal statement letter
• Medical School Transcripts
• Test scores (USMLE Parts 1, 2 and 3 or COMLEX)
• At least three letters of recommendation - one letter must be provided by your Residency Program Director
• Applicants from Non-USA medical schools must provide an ECFMG Certificate
