Nephrology Fellowship at Mount Sinai

The goal of our Fellowship Program is to train outstanding nephrologists to be leaders in the field, whether they pursue an academic or clinical career. To accomplish this goal, the Division of Nephrology offers two and three-year programs for the training of nephrologists, with options for additional supported years for research. Our two-year program is designed to train fellows to be outstanding clinical nephrologists who are well versed in the latest basic science and clinical research advances in our field. Our three-year fellowships are designed for fellows with a strong interest in pursuing careers as physician investigators and include those interested in receiving combined training in Nephrology and specialties such as Palliative Medicine, Critical Care, Transplant, Home Dialysis, Glomerular Disease, Geriatrics, and Combined Med-Peds Nephrology.
