Residents will be paid at a salary level commensurate with years of post-graduate training. Salaries range according to the following scale:

• PGY 3 $57,325
• PGY 4 $59,612
• PGY 5 $61,902

In addition to these plans, residents have 20 paid vacation days and 12 sick days, as well as the option of investing a portion of their gross salary on a tax-deferred basis.
