East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership (EHHOP)

EHHOP is the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai's student-run, physician-supervised free clinic. We provide primary care to uninsured adults in East Harlem. Our services are confidential and are provided at no cost.

Currently celebrating its 10th year, EHHOP is remarkable among student-run, free clinics for its longitudinal, primary care model and the breadth of services it offers. Since its founding in 2004, EHHOP has grown substantially. Now EHHOP serves more than 200 patients annually in more than 1,000 clinic visits across four different medical specialties.
