New York State 529 College Savings Program

This voluntary program provides a flexible, convenient, low cost way to save for college for a child, grandchild or friend; your investment can be used to pay for tuition, room and board, books, supplies, and other qualified higher education expenses. The program is administered by Upromise Investment, Inc. Contributions to this plan are deducted automatically from your paycheck, and you should consult your tax advisor regarding tax advantages.
