The FPA Accounting Department provides the following services:

  • Financial Reporting
    1. Monthly Cash Receipts Reports
    2. Monthly Actual Vs. Budgeted Expenditure Reports
    3. Monthly Ledgers
    4. Monthly FPA Statements
    5. Profit and Loss Reports
    6. Quarterly Financial Reports for departments
    7. Monthly consolidated FPA Reports
  • Transaction Processing
    1. FPA Supplement Payments
    2. Transaction Review and Approval
    3. Journal entries/Transfers approved by departments
  • Consultation/Education
    1. Meeting with faculty and/or Department Administrators to answer questions about reports or transactions processed
    2. Assisting Departments with business plans for new initiatives
